Types of DMCAR Memberships:

DMCAR offers a variety of membership options (please refer to their membership materials), but please note that, as a CBB member, you agree to belong to DMCAR and to actively participate in DMCAR’s database of record.

DMCAR Membership Dues:

CBB Membership Dues:

CBB Membership Dues include monthly lunches. Send dues, along with application (w/o a current application your membership cannot be processed) to:

Membership dues will be invoiced annually and collected by CBB and DMCAR separately. CBB dues are prorated quarterly for those joining mid-year.

DMCAR Property Database (DPD:

Membership in the DPD, which is currently Xceligent, is mandatory for all CBB members.

Existing DMCAR Members:

If you are already a member of DMCAR, please note this on your CBB application for our record keeping.

Monthly CBB Marketing Meetings:

CBB meets on the second Monday of each month at the A Spice of Life Event Center, 5706 Arapahoe Road, Boulder, CO . Lunch is served and included in your annual dues. If you would like to bring a guest, the guest fee is $20.00, and guests must be registered in advance with Jody. Also, please be reminded that only CBB members may distribute brochures and listings information.
